**Fantastic Offer** Student Flat Leeds - SIX Weeks Rent FREE worth £906 !!

Hi. I am no longer returning to University in Leeds so I need to find a replacement tenant for my flat in student Halls, Leeds. The room is available NOW until 10th July 2026 although if you want a shorter tenancy that would be fine also.

I am offering to pay the first 6wks rent (worth £906) if you sign up for the full contract. There after the rent is £151pw inc all bills or approx £600pcm. I wouldn't expect any payment for any rent costs already incurred since the start of term either.
It is a standard Double room with en-suite with a shared kitchen and Common room area. Would suit student from any of the Leeds universities. Please leave me a message if you are interested. Thanks
