Room available in house share in Hyde Park, Leeds
I am looking for someone to take over my part of a lease for a 6-bed all-female house in the Hyde Park area asap. The 5 girls are all friends and very welcoming and friendly. Take over tenancy contract will be with a trusted agency and ends 29.06.26.
1 bathroom, 1 additional toilet, 1 additional shower room. £585 p/m
TV licence, internet and water all included.

Great communal space including an expansive kitchen with high quality appliances as well as a big shared living room boasting a great flat screen tv and sofas. Ideally situated in Hyde Park area of Leeds, which is the main student hub as it is only a short distance from the University Campus, for this property it is only 16 minutes by foot to the University which makes getting to the classes in the morning even easier. Living in Hyde Park you will have a variety of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
