Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Plaza (Unite Students), located on Claypit Lane, Leeds LS2 8AR — just a few minutes’ walk from the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.

Room details:

Type: Classic Ensuite (private bathroom, shared kitchen)

Floor: Block C

Rent: £175/week (all bills included)

Tenancy until July 2026

Fully furnished with a study desk, wardrobe, heater, and fast Wi-Fi

There is a convenience store downstairs. Currently, there are only three people living in the dormitory, and the roommate is male.

Facilities:

24/7 reception and security

On-site laundry and maintenance support

Study and social areas

Great location near city centre shops, restaurants, and bus stops

Reason for transfer:
I’m unable to stay in Leeds next year due to personal circumstances, so I’m looking for a replacement tenant.
