Looking for someone to take over my 42-week tenancy at Oundle drive, right next to the University of Nottingham campus.
Rent: £140 per week including all bills
Contract length: 42 weeks (self-catered) until 31st of July 2026
Type: Undergraduate room with 4 other students (architecture)
Facilities: Fully furnished, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, two bathrooms shared with friendly students and a garden for barbecues etc.
Location: 5-minute walk to University Park campus, close to shops and transport links
Move-in: Available immediately
