Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Student Hideout, located in the city centre of Nottingham — just a few minutes’ walk from the tram stop and the Old Market Square.

🏡 Details:
• Private ensuite room (own bathroom)
• Large shared kitchen with all appliances (ovens, fridges, freezers, washing machines)
• All bills included (electricity, water, Wi-Fi)
• No guarantor or deposit required
• Rent: £650/month
• Tenancy until 31st July 2025

The flat is surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Five Guys, Taco Bell, McDonald’s — everything nearby).

Available to move in from end of October 2025.
