Need 2 or 3 people for a house share next year

Hi,
All my friends and current housemates are doing a year in industry next year so I need to find a new group.
I'm a year 2 student right now doing civil and structural engineering at the university of Leeds.

I want to try and find a 3/4 bedroom house, preferably all ensuite.
I think a budget of about £145/week including bills is pretty reasonable.

No preference on gender or year, just be nice :)
