Room Available for Uni of Leeds students from Mid July to Sept 4- reduced rent

Hi! I am a Master's student at the University of Leeds and I live in Royal Park Flats. It's an accommodation with 7 rooms per floor, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen (with a washing machine). I am planning to move to another city around July 10, and my contract is set to end on September 4. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel my contract earlier. Although I cannot get most of my money back, I am willing to take on some of the additional costs if someone else would like to take over my tenancy. The cost of the room is normally 121 pounds per week (which is on the cheaper side, especially for a Unipol housing with built-in laundry). However, I am willing to reduce the cost by taking over a slight chunk of it- getting some money back is better than nothing. Please reach out to me if you are interested!
PS- Only available for University of Leeds students since it is a university accommodation.

I hope this message finds you well.
I am an international postgraduate student and I am looking for flexible short-term accommodation near the University of Leeds, ideally close to the Institute for Transport Studies (ITS).
My main requirements are:
Move-in date: June 27, 2025
Minimum stay: 4 weeks (I am unsure of my exact departure date and may need to extend if possible)
Proximity: Within walking distance to the Institute for Transport Studies (ITS) at the University of Leeds
Could you please let me know if you have any available rooms or studios that meet these requirements? If possible, I would also appreciate details regarding the types of rooms, facilities, and the weekly rent.
