**Fantastic Offer** Student Flat Leeds - SIX Weeks Rent FREE worth £906 !!

Hi. I am no longer returning to University in Leeds so I need to find a replacement tenant for my flat in student Halls, Leeds. the room is available now and the contract runs until 10th July 2026, though I'd also consider shorter tenancies.

I am offering to pay the first 6wks rent (worth £906) if you sign the tenancy contract (paid after the first 2 weeks) . There after the rent is £151pw inc all bills and content insurance. I'd also pay for any outstanding rent costs from the beginning of term until you move in.

It is a standard Double room with en-suite with a shared kitchen and Common room area. Would suit student from Leeds universities. Please leave me a message or email on djalmorley@yahoo.co.uk if you are interested. Thanks
