Tenancy Takeover - Available NOW, Leeds Headingley
Looking for a student or young professional to take over my tenancy for a room in a 6 bed student house in the Granby region in Headingley ASAP
Attic room with Jack and Jill style bathroom. Plenty of bedroom and kitchen space available. 5 minute walk to Headingley town and 10 minute walk to Burley Park Train Station. Parking available on the street.
You’ll share the house with 2 girls and 3 boys, all third year students at University of Leeds or on their placement years. They are all super friendly, enjoy sports and socialising.
Costs include rent at £1455 quarterly (£111 per week) and £71 a month for bills. For professionals, council tax is £120 a month as well. £250 security deposit which will be returned when the tenancy ends.
