Looking for replacement tenant - The Tannery

Student Room Available – The Tannery, Leeds (2025/26)
Looking for a student to take over my tenancy at The Tannery, Cavendish Street, Leeds (LS3) – managed by Homes for Students.
📅 Tenancy dates: 13 Sept 2025 – 18 July 2026
💷 Rent: £139 per week (all bills included)
🏠 Room: Ensuite in shared flat with communal kitchen/living area
🔒 Deposit: £99 (secured in Tenancy Deposit Scheme) will cover this cost for you for you as * BONUS *
🌐 Facilities: WiFi, bills included, secure entry, on-site management, laundry, bike storage
Great location for University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett students – walking distance to campus and city centre.
✅ Must be a full-time student (UK or international).
✅ Replacement tenant will need to sign the tenancy and pay deposit/rent directly to Homes for Students.
