Accomodation takeover at Sentinel Towers


I’m looking for a University of Leeds student to take over my accommodation contract at Sentinel Towers.

📍 About the Room & Building
• Location: Sentinel Towers, Leeds (official University of Leeds accommodation)
• Room: B3.44
• Room Type: En-suite bedroom (private bathroom, shared kitchen)
• Catering: Self-catered
• Utilities: All bills included (heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi)
• Extras: Includes Edge Premium Sports Membership (worth £300+)

💷 Contract & Rent
• Contract End Date: 8 July 2026
• Annual Rent:
• £4,670.86 (with Leeds Bursary)
• £6,670.86 (without Leeds Bursary)
• Paid in instalments through the University accommodation portal

🏫 Eligibility
• Must be a full-time University of Leeds student
• Cannot currently hold another University of Leeds accommodation contract
• Takeover subject to University Accommodation approval (they handle the formal transfer process)

🗓️ Availability
• Ready to move in immediately (once the transfer is approved)

💬 Reason for Transfer

I’m moving in with friends and need someone to take over my contract.
