ENSUITE ROOM AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY AT CARR MILLS LEEDS!

Hi all :)
Im looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Carr Mills, Flat 95, room 3 for the 2025-2026 Academic year!

£151 per week

Location: Buslingthorpe Lane Meanwood Leeds LS7 2DG,
-15 min walk from Leeds Arts University and Uni of Leeds.
- 20 min walk from Leeds Beckett.
- short walk to the city centre, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and transport.

Why Carr Mills? a beautiful building, with New and Modern interior, all bills included. A big double bed with a great en-suite.
High speed wifi , a gym, games room, CCTV, Laundry room, bike storage, communal lounge, study space , parking , outdoor areas, vending machine.

Contract: offering a 42 or 22 week contract , whatever is best suited for you.
CAN MOVE IN IMMEDIATELY , the last day to move out is 10th July 2026.

Carr Mills is a lovely accommodation to live at, people are very friendly and always willing to make new friends. I know I would have loved my time at Carr Mills but had a change of career paths so I am looking for a replacement student ASAP!
