Tenancy takeover!
Hi everyone!
I'm Ellie, and I'm looking for two people to join me and my friend in our house next year. We both study at NTU City Campus, and are very friendly and bubbly girls. We love cooking and watching movies together, and the occasional drink at Spoons.
The house is at 7 Grimston Road, roughly a half hour walk from city campus, but the buses and metro and literally right next door to us. As well as that, the rent is only £85 a week without bills, though bills should come to around £20 a month.
