Urgent Tenancy Takeover
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a studio at The Frontage, located in Nottingham city centre.
Location: Right in town, close to Tesco express, old market square, and Vic Centre
Rent: £237 per week (all bills included)
Lease ends: 28 August 2026
(First installment already paid)
Requirements:
Must be a full-time student at either the University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent University
Must be 18 or older
The Room:
Double bed
furnished with a couch and chairs
plenty of storage space, as well as under the bed storage
modern and sleek design
highchair dining table area
huge counter space
4 stove induction hobs
Big study desk
