• The bedroom is incredibly spacious as seen on the photographs, and there’s a youtube video where you can find a full house tour when searching 35 Wood Lane.
• The house is on a lovely street with a small front and back garden, only around a 5 minute walk from the centre of Headingley.
The other tenants are extremely friendly and go to Leeds Beckett, some in the Headingley campus and some in the city campus, and they are happy to speak to anyone who is interested in the house :)
The house is part of the Springwell letting agency, who are also happy to arrange a viewing for anyone who is interested!
