The room has a large bathroom
In a six-person room, the roommates are very quiet and hardly see anyone (5 men)
It’s only 5 minutes away from the School of Engineering, and less than 10 minutes away from the Chinese Super League and Tesco.
The kitchen is very large, with a square table for six people and a TV and sofa.
The most important thing! ! ! Equipped with free-use washing machine and dryer! ! The kitchen is cleaned every day by dedicated personnel, and a one-year edge gym membership is also provided.
The official sublease price was 173, but now it only costs 165 a week. The price is negotiable. I will bear the sublease costs.
