1 Room at 11A Delph Mount Takeover
I'm looking for a student to take over my room at 11A Delph Mount, LS6 2HS.
A shared house with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
£559/month, no guarantor needed. You view the room, you like it, you take it.
15 minutes to Leeds University, and 20 minutes to Leeds Beckett.
Other current tenants are 2 guys and 3 girls. 3 British and 3 international students (1 Indian, 1 Canadian, and me).
Friendly housemates and a dedicated landlord who will commit to sorting things out in the house if any situation happens including repairing facilities.
My contract will end in September but you can renew it whenever you like.
