Ensuite ( semi studio) double bed room is available for student or professional now in LS2 9NZ. it is 161£ per week, all bills included.
As shown in the photos, the room is like Studio and also it has a shared kitchen and living area. It is clean and modern.
The flat is three room. The other two flatmate are female and students.
The rent required 770 £ deposit. The contract is until 24 June.
If you have scholar ship financial letter ( and haven't gurontor) you can pay for each 3 months.
