Final year - 4 or 5 people Hyde park area under 150pw 24/25

Hi, currently in a year in industry studying chemistry looking for a house for the final year.
Will be 21
Under 150pw in hyde park.
Not looking for partying just a quiet place to live.

Hi Isaac,
Hope you are doing well.
I just saw your post on unipol about looking to find a group for housing next year in Leeds - I am also looking to meet some people to share a flat or house with. I will be studying an MSc, so ideally looking to share with final year or other masters year students.

I am 23, and went to Edinburgh uni for my undergrad, and I will be studying Textile Sustainability and Innovation at Uni of Leeds in September. Just looking to meet some relaxed and sociable people to share a flat with, but also, going into a masters, need time to study, so not too much going out anymore!

Hi,

We are 3 UoL students (ages 24, 22 and 20) going into second year in September and we have one room in a four bed house in Burley, Leeds available for the next academic year 2024-2025 with the tenancy starting at the beginning of September. The link to the property is below if you’d like to see it or want more details. We can also arrange house viewings if preferred.


The rent is £137pppw bills included.

It is around a 30 minute walk to the University of Leeds and a 10 minute walk away from Aldi, near a few other shops and close to cardigan fields leisure park.
