LEEDS Spacious room in a shared student flat

Looking for a university student as my replacement for this exceptional value, well-presented and attractive one bedroom in a shared-flat of a property located in Kirkstall and managed by Unipol. A tenant wishing to stay until September 2024 or later is sought, since I am relocating for personal reasons. Currently the flat has 4 other students (friendly, helpful bunch), all from the University of Leeds.

The room is fully fitted with a double bed, mattress and plenty of wardrobe, cupboard, shelf, desk and drawer storage space. The room also has a nice sofa and a scenic view.

The flat is 5 bed roomed, quite spacious and has 2 washrooms (one with wash basin and toilet, and the other with wash basin, and a separate toilet with wash basin), a kitchen with all amenities and a separate spacious lounge/diner with two sofas, TV, table and chairs, etc. Also equipped with washing machine with dryer and good heating inside the room as well as in all communal areas.

There is plenty of communal space as well, for your storage. Safe, inside parking is available on request and also a good-sized shed for storing bikes. Since managed by Unipol, all maintenance is attended right on time and there is absolutely nothing for you to worry.

The flat is ideally located in a calm, beautiful neighbourhood with only minutes away from bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets (Aldi, Asda, Morrisons all within walking distance) and other amenities. It is a 2-minute walk to the bus route to City Centre and just 10-minute walk away from Headingley train station and popular residential part of Headingley.

Ideal for those studying at Leeds Trinity University in Horsforth (only 1 train stop away), 30-minute walk to University of Leeds and 20 minutes to Leeds Beckett Headingley campus.

An individual tenancy is offered with all bills included and the price is a very competitive £509pcm. There are no deposits/ other fees at all. Rent is inclusive of: Electricity, Water, Internet, TV Licence, Contents insurance. Tenancy can start immediately by 25th March.
