White Rose View Available from May to July
Looking for a University of Leeds undergraduate to take over the White Rose View room from the beginning of May to 13 July. The room is only around £170 per week and is currently on the market for £211 per week.
White Rose View is located in LS2 8PT, opposite the Morrisons Centre. It is only a 15-minute walk to the uni campus. It is also a five-minute walk to Leeds railway station. The accommodation has a free gym, table tennis table, cinema and 24-hour front desk.
The room is on the top floor (26th floor) with an unobstructed view from the window shown in the picture. The flat has seven rooms, and the other six rooms are for undergraduate girls. The room has ensuite bathrooms and the shared kitchen is very spacious with two fridges.
The formalities go through the official university contract and I cover the subletting costs. The rental time can be discussed with me and you can move in at the end of April at the earliest.
