Student wanted to fill one room in 4 bed student house in Burley

Hello,

We are first year UoL students going into second year in September and we have one room in a four bed house in Burley, Leeds available for the next academic year 2024-2025 with the tenancy starting at the beginning of September. The link to the property is below if you’d like to see it or want more details. We can also arrange house viewings if preferred.


The rent is £137pppw bills included. A deposit of £250 is also required.

It is around a 30 minute walk to the University of Leeds and a 10 minute walk away from Aldi, near a few other shops and close to cardigan fields leisure park.
