48 royal park road, tenancy takeover until August!!
£95pw (originally £131) tenancy takeover from asap, just let me know I’ll clear out my storage and clean up for you, purely being used for storage for last couple months
Onsite parking, I’ll request fob if required
2 bathrooms, shared large kitchen and living area with tv, double fridge, washer dryer microwave etc
Also you’d be paying me not them as I’ve already paid the last quarter of rent so I’m trying make some money back, be big help x
