Hiya hope you are well, are you still in need of a room for next year? Me and 5 other housemates are looking for my replacement for our house in Headingly. The rent is £128ppw and there is a deposit of £250. The tenancy starts on July 3rd and ends on the 30th of June 2025. All bills are INCLUDED! If you are interested lmk and I will send you more details about the house :)
