1 person needed for a 6 person house

There is a room available in a 6 person house (3 guys 2 girls) at 85 Rolleston Drive. 1 housemate is studying abroad in the first semester, and another is studying abroad in the second semester, leaving 1 room available for the full year.

The room is en-suite, and all bills are included in the weekly rent of £177.49. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, garden and patio,TV and dining table. The bedroom is a double room, with a double bed, and is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk.

Each of us studies physiotherapy, electrical and electronic engineering x2, law, pharmacy and plant biology, and we are first year (going into second) at the University of Nottingham.
