If you are attending a course at the University of Leeds Language Centre
To apply for Homestay accommodation, download the application form. Please complete the form and return it to Homestay Coordinator at Unipol allowing a minimum of 5 weeks prior to your Homestay start date, using the email details provided at the bottom of the form.
Applications received after this deadline will still be considered, and we will endeavour to find a suitable Homestay where possible.

Once we receive your application we will match you with an available host. If we did not receive your application 5 weeks in advance of your arrival we will still do our best to find the best possible match with an available host family. We will send you a contract to sign and some information about the family. You will need to return the signed contract to us as soon as possible.
Once you are matched, and the contract is received, we strongly recommend you contact your host prior to your arrival. You can then ask your host any additional questions about your Homestay in advance.
As part of your agreement, you must check-in at your Homestay accommodation by 9.30pm Sunday to Thursday, or by 11.00pm at weekends (Friday and Saturday). If your planned travel means that you will arrive in Leeds beyond these deadlines, we would ask that you book a hotel for your first night in Leeds, and move to your Homestay the following day.
Payment
For students studying with the Language Centre (pre-sessionals or General English courses), fees will be payable directly to the University of Leeds and you will be directed by your home university and/or agent in relation to this payment.
